1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Moazab Farms website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our services.

2. Online Farm Shop

Our online shop allows you to purchase agricultural produce and livestock. By placing an order, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

• Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
• We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store.

3. Delivery & Refunds

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and the nature of the agricultural goods purchased (e.g., fresh produce vs livestock). Due to the perishable nature of our products, all claims for refunds or replacements must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Moazab Farms and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
